Signing in safely
Every login has its own password, checked against passwords known to have leaked. Owners and managers can turn on two-step sign-in with an authenticator app, and see every device they are signed in on.

Mistakes can be put right
Every published version of a page, attraction or event is kept, ready to load again. Anything deleted, from a page to a photo, is kept for 30 days and can be brought back in a click.

Your guests’ privacy
Guests’ details are kept only as long as they are needed and then removed automatically. When a guest asks for a copy of their data, or for it to be deleted, you can do it from the console in a few minutes.
Your privacy page includes the parts Parkstack must add, and visit counting starts only after a guest agrees.

Who looks after it
Parkstack is run by PARKSTACK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales and with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Your park’s database is in London. Our privacy notice lists every supplier we use and where they are.
