Parkstack

Terms

For the park or attraction that creates an account on Parkstack. Guests buying tickets agree to each park’s own ticket terms, not these. Last updated 30 September 2026.

These terms are between PARKSTACK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17483563, whose registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX (“Parkstack”, “we” or “us”), and the business that holds the Parkstack account (“you”).

These terms are an agreement between businesses. By creating a park you confirm you are acting for a business and accept these terms.

What you get

A public website for your attraction, an operator console for your staff, and ticketing. What your plan includes is listed on the pricing page and in your console under Your plan.

We add and improve features over time. If we ever remove something your plan includes, we will tell you beforehand.

Your account and your staff

You are responsible for who you invite and what they do in your console. Each plan includes a number of staff logins; you will be asked to move up a plan to add more.

Keep your passwords to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has got into your account.

Your content

You keep the rights to the words, photos, logos and branding you upload, and you confirm you are allowed to use them. You give us permission to host and publish them so your website works.

You are responsible for your website being accurate and lawful: prices, opening times, safety information, accessibility information and your own privacy and ticket terms.

Never put card numbers or other payment details into the console.

Plans, prices and VAT

Plan prices are shown as the total you pay, and any VAT that applies is inside that price rather than added at checkout. Stripe works out the tax from your address and any tax number you give at checkout, and your invoice shows the breakdown.

An annual plan costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Prices are in pounds sterling.

Free trials

Some parks start with a free trial. Your console shows the day it ends. When it ends, choose a plan to carry on. If you do nothing, the plan’s features switch off and, 14 days later, your website goes offline, as explained under “If your plan ends” below.

If you gave card details to start a trial, we do not charge them until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without paying.

Paying, and what happens if a payment fails

Subscriptions are paid in advance through Stripe and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise those repeat payments.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and your console shows a warning. You keep your plan while it retries. If it still cannot be taken, the subscription ends and the features of the plan switch off. Your website goes offline 14 days later unless you choose a plan, as explained under “If your plan ends” below.

Changing plan, and cancelling

You can change plan or cancel yourself, from Your plan → Manage billing in the console. Moving up starts straight away and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down starts at your next renewal.

Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund part of a period. After that, what happens is explained under “If your plan ends” below. Your content is kept, so choosing a plan again brings everything back.

If something has gone wrong, or you were charged when you did not mean to be, email us. We would rather sort it out than stand on the wording.

If your plan ends

From 30 October 2026, a park needs a plan to keep its website online. A plan ends when a free trial finishes without a plan being chosen, when a payment still cannot be taken after Stripe’s retries, when a cancelled plan reaches the end of its paid period, or when we end access under these terms.

When it ends, the plan’s features switch off straight away. Your website and online ticket sales keep working for 14 more days, and your console shows the date and time your website will go offline.

After those 14 days:

  • guests visiting your website see a page with your park’s name saying the website is currently unavailable;
  • no new tickets can be sold, either on your website or at your box office;
  • tickets you have already sold stay valid: guests can still open them from their confirmation email, and you can still scan them at Gate and refund them from your console;
  • your content, photos, orders and your own web address are kept, not deleted.

Choosing a plan brings your website back straight away.

No park’s website goes offline before 30 October 2026, however long ago its plan ended.

Price changes

We may change plan prices. If a change affects you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal, and you can cancel before then. The price you have already paid for a period never changes.

Ticket sales

Ticket money from your website is paid into your own Stripe account, not ours. You are the seller: guests buy from you, your ticket terms apply, and you handle refunds from your console. Stripe’s own fees and terms apply to you as their customer.

Parkstack does not take a fee on ticket sales at the moment. If we introduce one, we will tell you at least 30 days beforehand.

Selling to real guests needs your Stripe account set up with us first. Until then, any payment you see is a test and takes no real money.

Keeping the service running

We work to keep Parkstack available, but we do not promise it will never be unavailable. We may take it down briefly for maintenance, and we will avoid busy periods where we can.

Support is by email at hello@parkstack.net. We aim to reply within one working day.

Suspending a park

We may suspend or close a park that breaks these terms or the law, puts guests at risk, or is used to mislead people. Unless it is urgent, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Ending the agreement, and your data

You can stop using Parkstack at any time by cancelling and telling us to close your park. We will remove the public website and, on request, give you a copy of your content before we delete it.

We keep records we have to keep, such as invoices and payment records. How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy page.

When we process guest information for you, our Data Processing Addendum forms part of these terms and sets out the UK GDPR obligations that apply to both of us.

If something goes wrong

We do not limit our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, and because this is an agreement between businesses, we are not responsible for lost profits, lost sales, lost bookings or loss of goodwill, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the Parkstack fees you paid in the twelve months before the problem arose.

You are responsible for what you publish and sell through your website, including keeping your own records and meeting your own legal duties.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will email you at least 30 days beforehand. Carrying on using Parkstack after that means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute.
