Parkstack

Everything you need to run your attraction online

A proper website your team can run themselves, built for small attractions. Tickets, a box office, gate scanning and visitor reports are there too, whenever you need them.

Your website

Each kind of content has its own form, so pages come out laid out properly without anyone designing them.

riverside.parkstack.net
The Riverside Adventure Park homepage, with its header, opening hours and featured attractions.
The Sky Drop attraction page on a phone, marked as closed for refurbishment, with its photo and height limit.
  • Attractions with heights, ride times, thrill level, walking routes and wheelchair access
  • Cafés, restaurants and kiosks, each with its own page
  • Shops, toilets, baby changing, first aid and other facilities
  • Events with their dates
  • Opening hours, last entry and one-off closures, with today’s hours under the header
  • A page of what is closed today and what is closed for the season
  • Answers to the questions guests always ask
  • About, accessibility and contact pages, with a message form that emails you
  • How to get here, with a link to Google Maps
  • Privacy and ticket terms, with starter wording you can edit
  • A homepage and pages of your own, built from ready-made blocks: banners, photos beside text, galleries, videos, quotes and more

Your look

Guests see your park’s name, logo and colours on every page.

console.parkstack.net
The branding page in the console, with a live preview of the park’s header and colours.
  • Your logo and colours
  • A choice of typefaces, header styles and button shapes
  • An announcement bar for news on the day
  • A footer with your social links and legal lines
  • Connect a web address you own when it is included in your plan

Tickets

Sell tickets on your own website when you’re ready. It’s optional: start with just your website and turn tickets on later.

  • Day tickets, or wristbands and ride passes bought in advance
  • Tickets for a chosen visit date, with a daily limit for the whole park and any ticket type
  • Closed days cannot be booked
  • Take a ticket off sale without deleting it
  • Prices shown as the total guests pay, with or without VAT
  • Choose whether checkout asks for a name, phone number or postcode
  • A separate QR code and gate code for every ticket
  • Refund whole orders or single tickets, with an optional refund period

Ticketing is included on every plan, and Parkstack doesn’t take a fee on tickets at the moment. See plans

At the entrance

Check tickets on any phone, and sell on the day from a simple box office, without giving staff the rest of the console.

console.parkstack.net/gate
The Gate screen in the console, showing the admission result and tickets on a booking.
  • Scan the unique QR code on each ticket
  • Or search by order number or email
  • Admit each ticket once, with a clear duplicate-scan warning
  • See when a ticket was admitted and which staff member did it
  • Undo a mistaken admission without erasing the history
  • A box office for cash, your own card machine or a Stripe card reader
  • Printed receipts and end-of-day takings
