What’s new
Parkstack keeps getting better for the parks that use it. Here is what has gone live lately. Each one is included on every plan unless it says which plan includes it.
Use your own website with Parkstack
A website made somewhere else can show your attractions, events, opening hours and pages from Parkstack and sell your tickets, while you keep editing here. Give whoever builds it a key.
Gift cards for your shop
Print gift cards in your park's colours or your own design, and staff activate each one on the Scanner after taking the money on your own till. A card has no value until it is activated.
What your ticket terms should cover
The Ticket terms editor lists what to write about for everything you have switched on, and the dashboard reminds you when you switch on something new.
Gift vouchers
Sell vouchers on your website and at the box office, sent straight away or on a day the buyer picks. Guests spend them on tickets, and anything left stays on the voucher.
Discount codes
Give guests a code for a percentage off or money off the order, on your website and at the box office, with limits on dates, tickets and uses.
Today at the park
Close early, close for the day or open late, and put a notice at the top of your website in one go. It comes down by itself at the time you choose.
Refunds for a closed day
When a storm or power cut closes the park, let box office staff, managers or guests themselves refund that day’s bookings until a time you choose.
Multi-day tickets and passes
Sell tickets for several days in a row from any day of the week, or passes for any few days within a period. The Scanner lets them in once on each day.
One code for the whole group
A paid group booking gets one QR code. Scan it at the gate and let the whole class or coach in at once, or choose who.
Group bookings for schools and coaches
Book a school or coach trip with a group price and free places for teachers. The organiser pays by a link, and the places are held until they do.
Tickets that let guests come back in
Choose which tickets let guests leave and come back on the same day. The Scanner shows when they first came in and how often they have come back.
Move bookings to another day
Move one booking, or everyone booked on a day you have to close for bad weather. Guests get their tickets again with the new date.
The Scanner keeps working with no signal
The scanner keeps today’s tickets on the phone, checks them with no signal, and sends the scans when it is back online.
Posters in your park’s colours
Opening times, an event or ticket prices, laid out with your logo and colours and a QR code, ready to print or download.
How it works · Included with Professional
Your logo in every size
Turn one logo into every size the website, social media and print need, including a version for dark backgrounds.
Events with showtimes and repeating dates
Weekends through October, fireworks at 19:00, or shows three times a day: guests see the next one at a glance.
Charge more on the day
Set a higher price for tickets bought on the day, so guests who book ahead pay less. The ticket shop shows both.
