Make a poster

Print a poster for your entrance, ticket office or noticeboard, filled in from your own opening hours, tickets and events.

Last checked 20 October 2026

Where to find it: Design → Posters, or console.parkstack.net/posters.

Before you start: posters are included with Professional. Owners and editors can make them. Check your opening hours, tickets and events first: a poster shows what is in the console today.

Choose a poster

  1. Open Posters.
  2. Choose the poster you need:
  • Book online: a large code guests scan to buy tickets on your website, with up to four ticket prices. Only while your website sells tickets.
  • Opening times: seven days of opening hours, with special dates and last entry times. Choose Which week.
  • Event: one event, with when it runs, its first photo and a code to its page. Choose the Event.
  • Ticket prices: every ticket on sale and its price, with a code to book online when your website sells tickets.
  1. The poster on the right changes as you choose.

If you charge more on the day, the Book online and Ticket prices posters show both prices. Posters with prices say the date they were correct on, so make a new one when you change a price.

Print it or save it

  • Print or save as PDF opens your browser's print window. Choose Print size (A4 or A3) here and the same paper size in the print window. To keep a file, choose Save as PDF there.
  • Download PNG saves a picture for screens, social media or sending to a printer.

Posters use your logo, main and accent colours and fonts from Branding. Your logo for dark backgrounds is used on the coloured band when you have one.

Things that stop it working

  • A poster is greyed out. It has nothing true to show yet: no tickets on sale, no events still to come, or your website does not sell tickets online.
  • Your park's name shows instead of your logo. Add a logo in Branding.
  • The event poster has no photo. Add a photo to the event, then publish it.
