Get help and send feedback
Tell us what you need from the page where you got stuck, without having to find a separate support form.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: choose Help & feedback at the foot of the menu. To read product notices, choose What’s new, or open console.parkstack.net/whats-new.
Before you start: everyone on your team can use Help & feedback, including gate staff and box office staff. Owners and editors can read What’s new in the main console.
Steps
- Choose Help & feedback.
- Choose Help centre ↗ if you want a guide. It opens in a new browser tab, so you can keep your place in the console.
- To send Parkstack a message instead, choose Something is not working, Suggest an improvement or Ask a question.
- Enter what happened or what you need. Include what you expected to happen and any wording shown on the page. You do not need to know the technical reason.
- Choose Send.
- Choose Close after the thank-you message appears.
Parkstack includes the console page you were on with your message, which helps us understand where the problem happened. You do not need to copy its address. Do not include guest names, contact details or ticket information.
If you close the window before sending, what you typed stays there when you open Help & feedback again on the same page.
To read changes and notices from Parkstack:
- Choose What’s new.
- Read any item marked New or Please read.
Opening What’s new marks the current notices as read for you. It does not dismiss them; you can return and read them again.
What guests see
Guests do not see your message or the notices you read. Your message goes to Parkstack with the page you were using.
Things that stop it working
- Send is not available. Enter at least 10 characters so we have enough information to understand the message.
- The message did not send. Keep the window open and try again. Your words stay in the box, so you do not have to type them again.
- There is nothing under What’s new. There may not be a current notice. New notices appear there when Parkstack publishes them.
