Find your way around the console
Find the page you need without having to remember where every setting lives.
Last checked 12 October 2026
Where to find it: sign in at console.parkstack.net/. The menu is available throughout the console.
Before you start: owners and editors can use the main console menu. Gate staff and box office staff go straight to the pages for their work.
Steps
- Choose Dashboard when you are not sure where to begin. It shows today’s work and the things your park still needs.
- Look under Tickets for Tickets, Orders, Sales, Group bookings, Box office and Gate. Box office appears when in-person sales are on, so it may not be in your menu yet.
- Look under Website for Homepage, Attractions, Food & drink, Shops & facilities, Events, Opening hours and your other public pages. These are the pages and details guests use to plan a visit.
- Look under Design for Branding, Header and Media. Use these when you need to change how the website looks or organise its photos.
- Choose Park settings for choices that affect the park as a whole, including your team, plan, payments and website address.
- Choose Ask a question under your park's name to ask the help assistant how to do something, or how the park is doing. See Ask the help assistant.
- Choose your name at the foot of the menu to open Your account. Your name, password, two-step verification and signed-in devices are kept there.
- Choose Make the menu narrow on a computer when you want more room for the page. Nothing is removed. Choose Show the full menu to bring the names back.
- Choose Open menu on a phone to open the same menu. Choosing a page closes it again so the page has the full screen.
If you remember a setting being somewhere else, you are not mistaken. These settings have moved:
- Park settings → Business details for the business name, limited company details and VAT registration
- Tickets → Selling settings for Checkout questions and the other choices about how guests buy
- Your name at the foot of the menu for Your account
What guests see
Nothing changes on your website because you opened a page or looked at a setting. A content page changes only when you publish it. Settings that update straight away say so on their page.
Things that stop it working
- The menu only shows icons. Choose Show the full menu. Nothing is missing, and the console remembers your choice in this browser.
- You cannot see Box office. An owner needs to turn on in-person sales before that menu item appears.
- You cannot find an owner setting. Editors do not see settings that only an owner can change, such as Bank account and Business details.
- The menu disappeared. Gate and Box office use the whole screen. Return to the console after you finish that task.
