Your plan and billing
Check the park’s plan, open Stripe’s billing page and understand what happens if the plan ends.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: Park settings → Your plan, or console.parkstack.net/settings/plan.
Before you start: only an owner can see billing or choose a plan. Plans, prices and what they include can change, so use this page for the park’s current details.
Check or change the plan
- Open Park settings → Your plan and read the plan name, renewal or end date and total price.
- Choose Manage billing to open Stripe’s billing page. Use it to change the card, download VAT invoices, switch plan or cancel.
- Choose Monthly or Annual when comparing plans in Parkstack.
- Choose What’s included to read the current details before making a change.
- Choose the action under the plan you want. It may say Keep this plan after my trial, Choose and keep my trial, Start paying for this plan or Choose this plan, depending on the park’s current access. Stripe shows the payment details before anything is charged.
- Choose Manage billing instead if the park already pays for a plan and wants to switch.
If a payment does not go through, the park keeps its plan while Stripe retries it. Choose Manage billing to update the card. The plan ends only if the retries run out and Stripe ends the subscription.
If you cancel or the plan ends
Cancelling through Stripe keeps the plan working until the end date shown on Your plan. You keep everything until then.
When the plan ends:
- Paid plan features switch off straight away.
- The website and online ticket sales keep working for 14 days. This rule does not take any park website offline before 30 October 2026.
- After that grace period, guests see “This website is currently unavailable”. New tickets cannot be sold online or at the box office.
- Tickets already sold still work. Guests can open them and Gate can scan them. Refunds, ticket emails and Stripe payment updates keep working.
- The park’s own web address stays connected.
Choose a plan to turn paid features back on and bring an offline website back straight away. You do not need to reconnect the park’s web address.
What guests see
Guests can keep using the website and buying tickets during the 14-day grace period. If the grace period ends without a plan, every normal website page shows the temporary unavailable message. Existing ticket links still open.
Things that stop it working
- Manage billing does not appear. The park may not have a Stripe subscription yet. Choose a plan from the options on the page.
- A payment did not go through. Choose Manage billing and update the card on Stripe’s page. The plan stays active while Stripe is retrying the payment.
- The website is offline because the plan ended. Choose Start paying for this plan to return to the same plan, or Choose this plan for another. Once the plan is active, the website and box office return straight away.
- An editor sees the plan warning but cannot act. Ask an owner to open Park settings → Your plan.
