Connect your bank account
Connect the account that should receive money from online tickets and Stripe card reader sales.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: Park settings → Bank account, or console.parkstack.net/settings/payments.
Before you start: only an owner can connect the account. Have the business, identity and bank details that Stripe asks for. Parkstack uses Stripe Connect for this secure setup and never sees your bank sign-in or card numbers.
Steps
- Open Park settings → Bank account and choose Connect bank account.
- Complete Stripe’s secure questions about the business, the person responsible for it and the bank account for payouts. This is how Stripe checks who is taking card payments.
- Return to Parkstack when Stripe sends you back. Parkstack checks the connection for you.
- Choose Continue setup if the page says Finish connecting. Stripe still needs more information before the park can take ticket money.
- Check for Ready for ticket money. Card payments can now be taken. If payouts are still being prepared, choose Update details when Stripe asks for more information.
- Choose View payouts when you want to open Stripe and see money being sent to the bank account.
What guests see
Guests do not see the bank details. Once the account is ready and the other ticket checks are complete, they can pay online. Stripe card reader payments at the box office go to the same connected account.
Things that stop it working
- The page says Finish connecting. Choose Continue setup and complete the remaining Stripe questions.
- Charges can be taken but payouts are still being prepared. Choose Update details and check whether Stripe needs anything else. Ticket money stays with Stripe until payouts are ready.
- The page says Connect it again. Parkstack’s payment mode has changed. Choose Connect bank account and complete a new connection before taking card payments.
- Tickets still cannot be sold online. Return to Tickets → Selling settings. The Tickets page lists every other item that is missing.
