Fill in your business details
Name the business guests buy from and add the company and VAT details that apply to it.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: Park settings → Business details, or console.parkstack.net/settings/business.
Before you start: only an owner can change these details. Have the legal business name ready. If it is a limited company or LLP, have its company number and place of registration. If it is VAT-registered, have its VAT number.
Steps
- Enter the Business name. Use the legal name that sells the tickets, such as Riverside Leisure Ltd, rather than the park name if they are different.
- Answer Is the business a limited company or LLP? Choose Yes only when the business is registered at Companies House.
- Enter the Company number if you chose Yes. This and the next answer must be in place before guests can buy tickets online.
- Choose England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland under Registered in.
- Enter the Registered office (optional) if it is different from the park’s address. Leave it blank to use the park address.
- Tick The business is VAT-registered only when that is true, then enter the VAT number. Parkstack adds “inc. VAT” beside ticket prices, but it does not work VAT out or change the price.
- Choose Save & publish. Nothing changes in the footer or ticket emails until you choose this.
What guests see
These details identify who guests buy tickets from. They appear under the park’s ticket terms, in the website footer and in every ticket email. If the business is a UK company, the company number, place of registration and registered office appear too.
The limited company answer also controls what online ticket sales require. Choose Yes and Parkstack asks for the company number and where it is registered. Choose No and those company fields are not required.
Things that stop it working
- Online ticket sales still list missing business details. Check that Business name is filled in. A company also needs Company number and Registered in.
- The VAT number is required. Enter it, or untick The business is VAT-registered if the business is not registered for VAT.
- The address or contact email is missing. Those details are under Design → Branding. They are also required before guests can buy online.
- The company’s registered office is the park address. Leave Registered office (optional) blank. Parkstack uses the park address.
