See what changed
Use Activity to see who changed something in the console and when it happened.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: Park settings → Activity, or console.parkstack.net/settings/activity.
Before you start: only owners can see Activity. It covers your park’s team, including former colleagues and changes Parkstack made automatically.
Steps
- Open Park settings → Activity. The newest activity appears first, grouped by day.
- Choose a person under Who, or choose Everyone to see the whole park.
- Choose a group under What:
- Choose Website for edits and publishing.
- Choose Tickets and orders for sales, emails, refunds and downloads connected with orders.
- Choose Team and settings for team access and park settings.
- Choose Everything to remove the filter.
- Read the person, time and description on each line. Choose a linked description when you need to open the item it refers to.
- Choose Show more to go further back.
Several saves of the same item close together may appear as one line with a time range and the number of saves. This keeps the page readable without hiding who made them.
What Activity shows
Activity records edits, publishing, refunds, settings, team changes and downloads. It names the colleague and the time. It does not put guest names or email addresses in this list.
Things that stop it working
- Nothing appears after you set filters. Choose Everyone and Everything to remove both filters.
- A change says A former colleague. The person has since been removed from the team, but the record of what happened stays.
- You see something your team did not do. Open Park settings → Team and remove that person if they should no longer have access. Then change your password from Your account and contact Parkstack through Help & feedback.
