Find an order and resend tickets
Find a guest’s order, correct a mistyped email address and send the tickets again.
Last checked 10 October 2026
Where to find it: Tickets → Orders, or console.parkstack.net/orders.
Before you start: owners and editors can find orders. Only an owner can change the guest’s email address or resend tickets. Check that you have the right guest before changing any details.
Steps
- Enter the guest’s name, email address or order number under Guest or order.
- Choose Search. A search covers the park’s complete order history, including orders older than the period selected on the page.
- Choose the matching order number and check What they bought and Guest before making a change.
- Find Ticket email and check the address under Guest email. If it is already correct, go to step 7.
- Correct the address, then choose Update email and send tickets. Parkstack shows the current and new addresses so you can check them before anything changes.
- Choose Update email and send tickets again in Change the guest email?. The order is updated, the usable tickets go to the new address and the change is recorded.
- Choose Send tickets again when the address is already correct and the guest needs another copy.
What guests see
The guest receives a new ticket email from Riverside Adventure Park. The QR codes are the same usable tickets, not a second set.
Things that stop it working
- The order is older than the selected period. Search by name, email or order number. Searching looks beyond Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days and Last 12 months.
- There are too many results. Use the full order number or email address. Parkstack shows the 100 most recent matches.
- The resend controls are not shown. Only an owner can correct the address or resend tickets.
- The order is unpaid or fully refunded. Tickets cannot be resent from that order.
- The guest still cannot find the email. Ask them to check their junk folder and confirm the address again. The time shown means the email provider accepted the message, not that it reached the inbox.
