Export your accounts

Download ticket takings and refunds in a form your accountant or accounting software can use.

Last checked 11 October 2026

Where to find it: choose Tickets → Orders, choose Reports and downloads, then choose Accounts export, or open console.parkstack.net/orders/accounts.

Before you start: only an owner can use the accounts export. Ask your accountant whether they want a daily summary or the line-by-line file, and which dates they need.

Steps

  1. Choose a Period: Last month, This month so far, The last three months or Choose dates.
  2. Enter From and To if you chose your own dates. The longest export is 1 year.
  3. Check the totals:
  • Taken is ticket money received in the period.
  • Refunded is money returned on the day each refund was given.
  • Net is taken minus refunds. It does not subtract Stripe fees.
  • Complimentary tickets counts free tickets given at the box office.
  1. Check By how it was paid to see the taken, refunded and net figures for Online card, Stripe card reader, Card machine and Cash.
  2. Choose Daily summary (CSV) for 1 row on every day in the period. It gives takings by payment method, refunds and net. Days with no money are included so the dates run without gaps.
  3. Choose Line by line (CSV) for each ticket name, price and payment method sold on a day. Refunds are minus amounts. Use this when you need to import the detail or see what the money was for.

Neither file contains guest names or email addresses.

Avoid entering card money twice

Online card and Stripe card reader money already reaches Xero, QuickBooks and Sage through Stripe’s own feed. Use the Parkstack export to see what that money was for, but do not enter it a second time.

Only Cash and Card machine money needs entering or importing from Parkstack. Check card-machine figures against the machine’s own reports and bank payments, and cash against what the park banks.

Stripe fees are not included in the Parkstack export. Net means ticket money taken minus refunds, not the amount Stripe pays into the bank after fees. Stripe’s own feed records its fees and payouts.

Sales use the day the order was made. Refunds use the day the money was returned. Both use your park’s own clock. If the park is VAT registered, the amounts include VAT, but Parkstack does not work the VAT out.

What guests see

Guests do not see the export. Downloading it does not change orders, refunds or tickets.

Things that stop it working

  • Accounts export is not in Reports and downloads. Only owners see it. Ask an owner to download the file.
  • The dates are refused. Make sure From is on or before To and the period is no longer than 1 year.
  • A refund appears on a different day from its sale. This is expected. The sale is counted when the order was made and the refund when it was given.
  • The export does not match a Stripe payout. The export leaves out Stripe fees. Compare online card and Stripe card reader money with Stripe’s own feed, which includes the fees and payouts.
