Answer questions in the FAQ

Add clear answers to the questions guests ask before they visit your park.

Where to find it: Website → FAQ, or console.parkstack.net/faq.

Before you start: owners and editors can add and change FAQ answers. Gather the questions your team answers most often and agree the current answer to each one.

Add a question and answer

  1. Choose Add question.
  2. Enter the guest’s Question, such as “Can I bring a picnic to Riverside Adventure Park?”
  3. Enter the Answer in plain words. Include the detail a guest needs to make a decision or plan their visit.
  4. Enter an optional Category if it will help your team find the question in the console. The category is not shown on the public FAQ page.
  5. Choose Publish question when the answer is ready. Choose Save draft instead if another person needs to check it first.

A draft is private. Nothing appears on your website until you publish it.

Add an introduction to the FAQ page

  1. Return to Website → FAQ.
  2. Choose Description on the public page.
  3. Enter a short introduction, then choose Save description.

The description goes live straight away. Leave it blank if the questions can speak for themselves.

Change an answer later

  1. Choose the question from the FAQ list.
  2. Change the Question, Answer or Category.
  3. Choose Save without publishing if you want to keep the change private for now.
  4. Choose Publish changes when guests should see the new answer.

Guests keep seeing the last published answer while your changes are private.

What guests see

Published questions appear on the frequently asked questions page. Guests choose a question to open its answer. If there are no published questions, the FAQ page and its automatic menu link stay hidden.

Things that stop it working

  • The question is missing from the website. Choose it and check whether it says Draft. Choose Publish question when it is ready.
  • Your change is not showing. A saved change to a published question stays private until you choose Publish changes.
  • The FAQ page is missing. Publish at least 1 question. The page stays hidden while there are none.
  • The introduction is missing. Return to the list, choose Description on the public page and choose Save description.
